Thanksgiving Specials in Support of Raven Trust
At Bandidas, even in tight times, we are committed to living by our values, contributing to our community, and standing for social justice. So, for our first (mini) fundraiser since COVID, we will be running a morning brunch special on Thanksgiving weekend (Saturday and Sunday October 10th and 11th).
The first is a Thanksgiving Benny: two cornbread muffins topped with cranberry sauce, veggie sausage, two soft poached eggs, a rich mushroom gravy, and served with purple cabbage and yam and potato hash. the Second is our French toast, done up pumpkin spice style, and served with cranberry apple compote. Vegan options available for both.
Two dollars from each special will be donated to RAVEN Trust, an organization that raises legal defence funds for indigenous people in Canada working for environmental protection. This special will be available during brunch service for dine-in, take-out, and delivery while supplies last.
