We’re happy to welcome the woodsy, 3D art of Clancy Dennehy to our walls. Clancy was born in Winnipeg and studied at NSCAD before arriving and settling in East Vancouver, and his art reflects his cross-Canada experience. Inspired by the folk art of Nova Scotia and a love of our west coast terrain and history, Clancy creates his post-modern folk art. His multimedia works combine a variety of materials ranging from reclaimed wood to gold leaf to LED lights.
Clancy regularly exhibits around Vancouver and beyond, and we’re so grateful he agreed to show at Bandidas. As an added bonus, he’s offering all of his art for half the price it would be at a gallery exhibition. Come and check it out!
