We Stand with Wet'suwet'en

We at Bandidas stand in solidarity with the Wet’suwet’en Nation. We stand in solidarity with all land and water protectors and for indigenous sovereignty. We deeply respect the Wet’suwet’en Nation for the difficult and visionary work that they are doing to protect their lands, their waters, and their communities in accordance with their laws and with Canadian legal precedent.

We call on all Canadians and the international community to actively support Wet’suwet’en sovereignty in whatever way they can. Especially for settlers to Canada, what we do at this moment determines our personal and political integrity. We were able to donate $500 to the We't’suwet’en Nation through RAVEN Trust. Some of us individually have been able to get to rallies and to do support work in other ways. There are so many ways to help, and a good place to start is the supporter toolkit published by the Unistoten Camp. See you out there!
